Returns Policy

  • Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by Boat Propeller Warehouse (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
  • You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to a Boat Propeller Warehouse warehouse.
  • Need to make an exchange? After you process your return, simply place an order for the new item you want. You can either do this immediately after your return request is approved, or choose to wait until you've received your refund.
Non-Returnable

Boat Prop Warehouse does NOT allow for propellers to be "tested" and then returned. Once a propeller has been installed it is considered non-returnable. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you have any reservations about which propeller to select please contact us prior to ordering and we will do our best to help recommend the correct propeller.

Re-Stock Fee

While we do keep most propellers in-stock at our warehouse, certain propellers need to be special ordered direct from the manufacturer. In the event that the propeller you've ordered was a special order item, and it is not a propeller that we are likely to sell again in a timely manner, we will then have to send it back to the manufacturer. These propellers will be subjest to a 20% re-stocking fee.

Start a Return

You can request a return authorization number (RA#) online or you may also initiate a return by calling us at 920-788-0220.

Returns Process

Step 1: Once your return is approved please print your Return Authorization form and include it with the shipment back to Boat Prop Warehouse. You have 30 days from the day the RA is issued to return your merchandise so please be sure to print and ship at your earliest convenience.

Step 2: Please do not tape anything to the original product packaging! We need to get all products (and their packaging!) back in new condition. Place all merchandise in a shipping box; you may use the original shipping container. However, please DO NOT use the manufacturer's product box as the shipping container. It will arrive damaged and the package will be rejected by our returns department.

Warranty Returns

  • Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. Boat Prop Warehouse will assist customers with their warranty; however Boat Prop Warehouse does not provide any direct warranty on any item sold.
  • Please note that most warranty policies will not any cost associated with shipping. You are responsible for all shipping cost associated with getting your order back to Boat Prop Warehouse.
