Refund policy

  • Boat Prop Warehouse does NOT allow for propellers to be "tested" and then returned. Once a propeller has been installed it is considered non-returnable. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you have any reservations about which propeller to select please contact us prior to ordering and we will do our best to help recommend the correct propeller.
  • Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included.
  • While we do keep most propellers in-stock at our warehouse, certain propellers need to be special ordered direct from the manufacturer. In the event that the propeller you've ordered was a special order item, and it is not a propeller that we are likely to sell again in a timely manner, we will then have to send it back to the manufacturer. These propellers will be subjest to a 20% re-stocking fee.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by Boat Propeller Warehouse (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
  • You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to a Boat Propeller Warehouse warehouse.
  • Need to make an exchange? After you process your return, simply place an order for the new item you want. You can either do this immediately after your return request is approved, or choose to wait until you've received your refund.
