Welcome to BoatPropWarehouse. We are committed to providing fast, reliable shipping and clear communication throughout the ordering process. Please review our shipping policy below.
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Some products, including special-order or made-to-order items, may require additional processing time. If an item has an extended lead time or is currently on backorder, we will contact you with updated availability information.
Please note:
All estimated shipping and availability dates are provided by the manufacturer or carrier and are subject to change without notice.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship orders using:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
- Freight carriers for oversized items
Carrier selection is based on the size, weight, destination, and type of product ordered.
Shipping Rates
Boat Prop Warehouse offers simple, flat-rate shipping based on order value and destination.
Contiguous United States (48 States)
- Orders $400.01 and up qualify for FREE shipping
- Orders $0.00–$400.00 ship for a flat rate of $9.99
Alaska & Hawaii
- Orders $400.01 and up ship for $48.99
- Orders $0.00–$400.00 ship for $36.99
Canada
- Orders $400.01 and up ship for $64.99
- Orders $0.00–$400.00 ship for $54.99
Please note:
Shipping charges to Canada do NOT include import taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees, or any other applicable international fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Freight Shipments
Certain oversized products, including outboards and large marine items, ship via freight carrier.
Freight shipping charges are automatically calculated in the shopping cart based on the size of the shipment and delivery destination.
Please note:
- Freight deliveries may require a scheduled delivery appointment.
- Shipping charges do not include liftgate service unless specifically stated.
- Additional charges may apply for liftgate service or special delivery requirements.
- Customers should inspect freight shipments upon delivery and report any visible damage before signing.
Free Shipping
Select products may qualify for free shipping within the contiguous United States. Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply only to qualifying items and destinations.
Free shipping does not apply to:
- Alaska or Hawaii
- International orders
- Freight shipments
- Oversized items
Backorders & Split Shipments
If part of your order is backordered, we may ship available items immediately and send the remaining items once they become available.
Customers may also request that we hold the order until all items are available to ship together.
If you choose to cancel a backordered item before it ships, a full refund will be issued for the canceled item.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to:
- Weather events
- Carrier disruptions
- Manufacturer delays
- High seasonal demand
Boat Prop Warehouse is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with a carrier claim or replacement options.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged products for claim purposes.
